I saw the drawers is full with samples! It’s just in front of me somemore. I had bad service at Mid Valley (once) and 1 Utama (twice). But there’s a time where I passed by the event area in Mid Valley last month and the young chap was so friendly and I bought 2 bottles of shampoo. The most expensive shampoo I ever used! But then he gave me a puppy look when I refuse to purchase one of the Xmas set worth RM500 and conditioner. Everytime I pay, the ask me to buy more or in their usual term “top-up”.

i think they only get commission if they sell RM1000 per sale hahaha so Rm100 to them is not worth their time. I bet they nick all the free samples to use themselves!I’ve never had Loccitane give any samples no matter how much i buy! But then again my purchases are under 200 soo.. at least the ones i met smiled and were friendly.Are u referring to the one utama branch Loccitane only? Cos the Pyramid ppl especially the younger ones are friendly.I always find the senior ones standoffish.
