Sigh…maybe it’s a good idea to have shopping buddy who split during shopping time and meet again to for tea or drinks before going to either one’s car. Then drive the friend to the car…

Just need to be very careful. Or some shopping malls have guard to escort like Isetan or Parkson (high end ones). Still…trust no one.

No parking is safe dear. I learnt that after being told a few stories on MV from a friend who encounter a near rape.

Nowadays it's not safe to go shopping alone :(. Sigh.

Was a shocking news, thanks for sharing Fiona. I saw it on FB via friends' sharing too. How ironic...because years ago after poor Canny Ong saga, when The Curve opened, I remembered telling my friends how safe the parking area felt because it was brightly lit up etc.

It was scary come to think of it, so unimaginable. Luckily Xin-Ci escaped! And for your case as well, it was a close call and I am glad you're ok too.

Sigh, we girls must really take lotsa car. Even innocent shopping trips may end up a disaster...
