The BA was very apologetic as they ran out of the samples already – she said imagine the people actually came at 8.30am, waaay before the BA turned up for work. She said the excited people already finished redeemed the samples for the day and she was very kind to offer me the masks sample instead. She said the eye serum only comes in 15ml hence they didn’t have any sachet form of samples and had to give full size instead. That’s why everyone was so eager to redeem one 🙂

She also offered additional 10% discount on top of the 20% discount for b.seen.
