Yes I do but not from Clinique. My skin works well with Clarins.

From my point of view on “letting the skin breathe”… it really depends on your own preference. I never apply anything before last time and now that I started with a proper skin care regime I can see a huge difference with my skin. Sometimes it is okay to be lazy and skip the skin care routine. Which I do :). And I try not to apply anything on weekend (makeup, skin care – day). That’s my way of letting skin breathe.

Oh, do u use serum and essence and this altogether? btw do u think there’s such a thing as “letting the skin breathe” by not putting on so many products on the face?

Thanks for your input Janice. Yes Moisture Surge is to be used on top of moisturizer. When I post up the review I didn’t know. I was just slapping on a thick layer when I’m lazy. Nowadays I put this on as the last step of my skin care 🙂

I got a sample of this moisture surge from Clinique’s workshop at my uni a few years back and I really liked it!
I ended up buying the full size when I was in Aust and it saved my skin. My skin was peeling but with this, it was all good. I use this back in Malaysia too but not that often. Every now and then on top of my moisturizer. Sometimes i use it over my makeup too. I think i finished two jars of this.

I’m not really sure whether it was mentioned anywhere in your website, but just to note, this moisture surge is supposed to be used on top of your moisturizer. The clinique lady explained, moisturizer is like the food, and this moisture surge is like water. Maybe that’s why it was ‘floating’ on your skin.
