I have super oily skin that can oils up within half an hour if I put on a product that doesn’t suits me. Which is why I never experience dry, flaky skin. No matter how dry or mattifying a product claimed to be, my face will still oil up LOL.
Hahaha you’re cute. I don’t pay too much attention to ELF as well simply because I cannot get it directly here. I think the name ELF (Eyes Lip Face) is brilliant!
