It was ok, the customer service was courteous and prompt. Hence I liked them still haha. I bought some organic flex seed and chia seed from iHerb as well. It is a lot cheaper and hopefully more authentic than those we have here. Better luck next time 🙂

Oh no! That rarely happen with iHerb. I hope that doesn’t spoil your mood to shop with iHerb. I’ve gotten myself an Ecotool buffing brush from my last haul. Like you, I like to have different brush for different product. So far my favourite brush set at the moment is this Nic’s Pick and Zoeva 😀

I like the shiny chrome handle. The wording are so attractive in different colours! Good for you girl 🙂 Soft bristles are good because it makes makeup feel like a pampering sessions haha. I am even more excited now that they came up with the metal handles brushes! Like you, I was contemplating to get Sam’s Picks or not from iHerb. True enough, it was discontinued. I then bought some EcoTools brush sets so that I can use different palettes without risking contamination with my current limited brushes. Alas…they arrived but were damaged while in transit. There were scuffs on the handle and the bristles were whacked out of shape. I contacted iHerb and they kindly refunded me some credit.
