Exactly the same thing happened to me. I keep saying I want to photograph it first because the new pan looks nice haha. Mine is very chalky. Kept blowing the palette each time after dipping my brush. But the powder doesn’t irritate my eyes. So that’s the plus point I guess 😀

I haven’t even broken the seal since buying it like a month or two ago (the fear all bloggers have because they haven’t taken photos of a brand new product LOL). Sad to hear it’s chalky with quite a bit of fallout, but fingers crossed. XD
