Remember the series of short clips posted in my Facebook gradually for the past one week? All these short clips feature a star that was deemed as the cheeky one in the Chloé fragrance line. See By Chloé is the younger sister of Chloé that is younger, joyful, spontaneous and full of wonders.

This new See By Chloé fragrance, which created by perfumer Michel Almairac of Robertet has reveals a more sweet and additive floral scent with the first sparkling notes of bergamot, apple blossom which is the main ingredient, jasmine, sandalwood and vanilla. The scent opens up the senses like a sweet smile follow by a burst of tangy essences while settles with a natural seductress.

Let’s talk about the bottle. The perfume is housed in a multi-faceted bottle. You can also say the surface is pleated. The name on the silver ring is outlined with pink letters, the same signature Glossy Pink of See By Chloe.

The cap and silver ring doesn’t get referred as silver because of the color. It is because the material used is made from real silver. That explains the heaviness of the little cap itself. You will know when you had securely put on the cap with a loud and dense “click” sound.

The perfume inside the glass multi-faceted surface around the bottle shines out and sparkles. Just like an apple, the color is fresh and inviting while looking more joyful, mischievous and spontaneous but still carries onto big sister’s elegant yet effortless characteristic.

Those three adorable feet makes the perfume stands out among the rest. I like that the perfume stands tall as if its floating as the base is not touching the surface. If you placed the bottle at where the sun shines…you will see reflection from the multi-faceted suface shine it’s way out. The concept is a breath of fresh air. It’s definitely the little sister of Chloé.

Model Bette Franke is the face of See By Chloé. One of her snapshot is when she was caught by surprise in an unusual stolen moment in a game of hide and seek. Bette Franke represent the fragrance well as she is also as joyful, as spontaneous and as full of wonders as See by Chloé. A much similarity as the fragrance direction, she is naturally irresistible and enjoys herself.

This new fragrance uses a bright pink that is named as Glossy Pink as it’s official color as well for the main packaging. At first I was all hyped up screaming it’s fuchsia pink. Turns out it’s more of a pink + red + coral that the fragrance named as Glossy Pink. Nonetheless it’s gorgeous. If you know me well you will know the color is so me.

See By Chloé fragrance is instinctively playful, smiling an immersed in the moment. She is urban, self-confident, arouses the unexpected and cultivated contrasts, assertive, seductive, cheerful in the most natural smile ever. She is also bold, dizzying those who look at her.

Blogging about beauty haul is still one of my favorite blog post to do. Maybe because I love reading other blogger’s haul post and I get excited if I encounter one. The reason why I do haul post once in a while mainly because a number of you requested for it. After many months of shopping ban I finally took out my credit card from the fridge freezer, defrost the ice and off I went to KLCC. KLCC is my one and only favorite place to go for weekend beauty rounding. I go Mid Valley a lot during weekday so I’m not so keen to go there on weekend.

I was joking about the credit card in the freezer :). Thanks to the recent 15% cash back campaign from Amex my credit card was credited with RM213. And coincidently Burberry Beauty had an irresistible GWP for RM300 purchase – the mini kabuki brush. I’ve been wanting that for so long and I did said before that I will buy again from Burberry if the kabuki brush GWP is back.

I took my sweet time in the morning and the damage is this. Not so bad. Most of it was free

Burberry Beauty is one of my favorite luxury makeup brand (fragrance too). I’ve been eyeing on their promotion and GWP for a good few months now. Sometimes if you are lucky you can get a full size makeup remover (which is not on sale at counter) or even full size blusher as GWP but of course the amount to be eligible for that is higher. For the current Anniversary Sales, the GWP tier is just RM300 and you can get a decent medium size pouch, mini lipstick (3 shades to choose from) and mini kabuki brush, which I’ll add the pouch and mini lipstick to blog sales soon.

I bought Fresh Glow (RM165), Lip Velvet #Honey Suckle No.305 (RM96) and Lip Velvet #Peony Rose No.302 (RM96). I’ve tried on lip velvet on my lips before deciding to get it. Surprisingly it’s quite moisturizing and it’s matte so the color stays on the lips unlike normal lipstick.

The BA was helpful and attentive. He is not pushy and told me to only get things that I will use since I told him my previous haul is still untouched. He make sure I will use the lipstick by asking me again and again if I’ll even use it lol! He also include a Lip Cover + Sheer Foundation Sample Kit, Burberry Body Tender 2ml vial and I requested for Fresh Glow sample which he kindly gave me 3 sachets. As for my mini lipstick I choose Lip Mist #Copper No.202

I dropped by Clinique to redeem the new Even Better Powder Makeup SPF 25/PA+++ #63 Fresh Beige sample. Powder sample like this is good to bring around in the handbag for under eye touch-up.

Then I walked over to L’Occitane to redeem the complimentary 10ml hand cream which was pending for more than a week now.

As usual Sephora is also my weekend staple whenever I’m at KLCC. I remembered about See by Chloe vial redemption but couldn’t recall where I seen it. I checked my sms, email and nothing. I asked the promoter that was promoting the perfume and she said Facebook. Then I showed her that I’ve liked the post, wrote down some details and I was given a 1.2ml vial. This is going in my purse

As I was walking out from Sephora I finally spot the travel size of Urban Decay De-Slick Makeup Setting Spray #Oil-Control (RM49). I bought it right away. I’ve been searching in Sephora since a few weeks ago but only spotted the normal size. This comes in 3 variant – Long-Lasting, Cooling & Hydrating and Oil-Control. The scent of Chloé Eau de Parfum reminds me of Burberry Body. But this has a stronger woody scent immediately after spraying. One thing I like about this EDP is that it’s really long lasting. Even after a sweaty outdoor lunch, I still can smell the perfume.

Bumped into this magazine last Tuesday when I followed a friend of mine to Cineleasure (not sure if they’re still called that) to search for some back dated magazines.

Harper’s Bazaar Malaysia June 2012 comes with a Chloé Eau de Parfum 1.2ml vial. My friend’s gf love this very much and I could never say no to perfume although I have a lot to use so I bought it. The magazine cost RM7.40. Boring magazine for RM7.40 *yawn*

I also picked up a copy of Women’s Weekly June 2012 issue as usual :).
