Last month Vichy came up with an exchange program for facial cleanser. It’s something like what L’Oréal did previously only this time it’s facial cleanser. When I found out about this, I have 1 empty facial cleanser and another one which is gonna use up anytime soon. I brought 2 tube along to the first exchange venue which is Watsons KLCC but it was so damn strict there that I only managed to exchange one. The sales assitant was pretty new and “innocent-decent” looking and while they are setting up their booth, I approached to check if I could do this earlier than the time stated but she said NO. So I walked around Watsons till my legs are going to broke off anytime soon and the sales assistant approached me to ask me to buy their products and of course I said NO to her as I really do hate arrogant and shitty people. I returned to the counter at 12.10pm and exchanged mine. I check with her if I could exchange another one under my mum’s name and she said “my supervisor is nearby”. Oh well. It’s all expected and I left with deep disappointment. Why disappointed? I’ve read many people exchanged more than 1 and put other people’s name!
Today is the last venue for the exchange program and I drove to Jusco Cheras Selatan, Balakong from KLCC. I reached around 11.30am and waited in the car for a while as I sprained my knee (for don’t know how many gazillion time) on Thursday night and I hardly can walk properly. I reached Watsons at 12noon and the kind sales assistant already started the exchange program earlier than the time stated as I saw a few forms filled already on the table. She explained to me that there’d be someone from their company calling to check if I’m really the one as stated and also to do a survey. She was worried that I might jump up and down like other customers but I said to her that it’s alright. She also explained to me the current promo which is get the 2nd purchase at 50% off! A good deal I would say.
I don’t know why I’m rambling a lot today. I’m still not in the mood due to my work. But having to dealt with a friendly sales from Vichy actually made my day a bit. At least I wasn’t “challenged” in a way haha.
