I forgot to mention that I was given a free facial treatment voucher from Clarins back in August 2011. As their facial schedule is always full, I waited for near to 1 1/2 month for my turn. My appointment was suppose to be last Sunday but I postponed it to yesterday (30th Sep) due to Paul & Joe tea party.

I had mine at Jusco Mid Valley skin spa. The facial was awesome. I had facial, face, neck, shoulder, back and hand massage. No extraction were done with Clarins Skin Spa. This counter is totally a stranger to me. I know nobody there and that is what I was afraid of. I knew eventually they’ll try to sell me something. I made a determination to just buy from Fennie and nobody else. I wanted to get 2 items yesterday but I have no time to drive over to One Utama as I dropped off my parents at my brother’s house and I need to pick them up for post-birthday lunch together. I can buy these next month but I have double points on my birthday month and yesterday is last day. Uhhh! I feel so bad not buying from Fennie.

Anyway, here is what I came home with. The facial was so good that I signed up for the Skin Spa Promotion which is of course the last day of the promotion.

And of course I asked for free gifts and I was told the free gifts is already included in the set which is not an excuse to tell customer. You couldn’t use what was included in the set to tell your customer “that’s your free gift”. Fennie will never say that to me. I was disappointed. I guess they haven’t realise how much I spent every month. In the end I was given 3 samples on the products which they knew I’m currently using now. I was hoping to get samples on products which I’m not using (so that I could buy more??). I guess their business sense is wrong.
