Most of you know I sprain my knee 9875347 times in a year. Everytime that happens I woke up with painful knee and mum need to put a hot towel on my knee to “loosen” up the nerve. The last time I sprained my knee I wanted to get a warmer bag as replacing hot towel every 1 minute is not fun at all. I couldn’t find any at Daiso. By the time I found it at Guardian pharmacy, my knee is much better and warmer bag is not needed anymore. I do want to buy one to keep just in case I need it.
Libresse recently posted in their FB page that they’re giving away a warmer bag with every promo pack purchase at Tesco. Today I found it at Econsave!
Promo pack of 3x16pcs is selling for RM12.65. It’s cheaper comparing with Whisper. So I got 2 packs after advised by mum.
P/S: These warmer bags by Libresse is to relieve menstrual cramp ya. I just need it for other purpose 😛

hi Fiona, ahemm… well,as a medical student, i would like to suggest u to do ‘quadriceps strengthening excercise’ to strengthen your knee. quadriceps are the muscles at thigh above your knee, and strong quadriceps muscles is very useful in stablizing our knee joint, preventing sprains.
you may find many many version of this exercise online but since our aim is to strengthening and not muscle building, i would suggest the following super simplified version:
Begin this exercise by sitting with a back support on a flat, non-soft (no need to be hard but need support) surface.
then feel the gap under your knee and the floor.
Slowly,straighten your knee to the max whereby u would notice a decrease in that gap and a tension on your front thigh. when u feel the tension, it means your quadriceps are at work. Hold for 5 seconds then relax your leg.
Repeat 10 times and later do it on the other leg.
do it everyday, slowly increse the number of cycle as your go.
and the good thing about this exercise is you could do it at almost everywhere! in the office, while watching tv, when u write a blog post etc etc.. XD
do it for 2 months and i swear you will see a difference!
this method is also used for pain relieve in osteoarthritic knees.
it is amazing how good things comes free!
just perseverance will do!

well,u must have weaken your tendon by the repeated sprains… and weak tendons are easily sprained…hence the bad cycle…
=( i know it must be very difficult! not to mention painful…
