Last week I received an email from Clinique on 3-Step Trial Kit redemption but I wasn’t convenient to go during normal day so I thought I want to skip it. Today after some Ikea shopping with mummy, we drove to Mid Valley as I need to go Machines to get an iPad casing so I went to Clinique Service Counter at Level 1 to redeem mine.
This is what I was given. Liquid Facial Soap Mild 15ml, Clarifying Lotion 15ml and Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion 15ml. I’m particularly excited to try the famous yellow bottle moisturizer. The last time I used it was 7 years ago!

A lot of you has been emailing me as well as a few comments asking how to redeem. Here’s how and stop blaming Clinique for not telling you. It’s either you get the newsletter but didn’t read properly or you didn’t sign up for the newsletter therefore you’re missing this. I don’t think this is Clinique’s fault as this is EDM exclusively for newsletter subscribers.
Here is the print screen of the EDM. There’s a “REDEEM NOW” tab. It’s pretty obvious you’re suppose to click on it. Not in this picture BUT ON YOUR EDM. You’d be directed to the redemption form which you’d need to fill in your details and a m-coupon will be sent to your phone. Show the m-coupon to the BA to redeem.
Another thing. Stop hoarding the counter for redemption. Redeem once is enough. Give others the chance to try too. And also be considerate during redemption. Sometimes the trial kit is out of stock and the BA will offer you sachet so that you didn’t leave with disappointment. If we keep giving Clinique headache on redemption like this, who knows they won’t do it anymore?

hi fiona, actually i also received their newsletter, but the newsletter stated that we have to purchase the pruducts right? what i got in the email is : try 3-steps now, free!* With any 3-step system purchase, enjoy the other custom-fits 2-steps trial sizes free*
no need to purchase anything? just print the email and show them to get the 3-steps trial sample~?
Aby, not that newsletter lol. Mine was really telling me to redeem 10 days trial kit. Then there’s a “redeem” tab which when I clicked on it will divert me to redemption form. Fill in that and an M-coupon will be sent to my phone. Show that M-coupon and I was given these trial size.
fiona~~~ I got it from Google Search there~ ^_^ written in the clinique page there de is 1 weeks supply haha, but i guess can use for quite sometimes ad ^_^ thanks for the sharing =)

thanks for sharing fiona ! xD you know, clinique malaysia on fb dint actually announce this news lolx, and I dint receive the redeemption newsletter too >_< all thanks to your blog post here I am then aware of this free trial kit, and already redeemed mine =) their product are all fragrance free, quite nice. but the toner lotion smell bad,alcohol >_< cant really accept the smell lol, have to slowly get adapt to it
Yea cause it’s EDM which Clinique send out by email all the time, not for Facebook.
the yellow one i got the same product with you (they will give base on your skin type) but mine is in tube de, lolx

I tried redeem mine yesterday evening, however the BA is so busy preparing report and told me to come the next day. I went again today and finally manage to redeem mine, so glad! Can try out first before purchasing, and they have 25% discount this weekend!

Aby’s one is same with mine except for the moisturizer packaging which is still good cause it’s still 15ml 🙂
