After so many years with pinky or pink base nude lipstick, I finally gave in to red when I saw Dior Addict Extreme #536 Lucky miniature is being listed in Best Buy World. I don’t normally review sample or trial size but this lippie is really that good that I must review it. And each miniature is 1.4g so three tube *calculating* would be 4.2g and hey that’s more than full size already! Okay. I’m not blogging about trial size after all LOL!

I like the packaging. I think I’ve mentioned it in #486 Cruise review before. It’s unlike any other lippie. The cap is bulky but classy.

This miniature is exact same with the full size. Except the box is missing. Yeap. No box. And it’s really cute and handy too.

CD initial is embossed on the top of the lippie tube just like the full size one. There’s also product label at the bottom of the case. Cute.

#536 Lucky is the shade that Kate Moss is wearing in all campaign ad. You’d be surprise to find out that the color is a mixture of red and dark pink. Why I say so? On first glance on Kate Moss promo ads it looked like a darker pink of my #486 Cruise. But when I swatch the color payout is more to red with a hint of pink.

The first time I twist the lippie out from it’s case I was surprised to see a bright red. How am I suppose to wear red! But when I put it on my lips for the first time the next day… I had a WOW moment. The color is so pretty! It is more like red with pink base. Thus you see red+pink in one. The color is so creamy and intense that I had to blot with a tissue paper. Even so it’s still very red on me. Totally love it. I received many compliment everytime I wore the lipstick.

Dior is known for it’s quality. You can expect the same creamy butter texture, long lasting even after drinks and meals, moisturizing and excellent color payout.

If you still haven’t try any of the Dior Addict Extreme lipstick, I strongly suggest that you do! It’s the best investment I ever paid for. That and my Guerlain Meteorites Perles of course heeeee.
