Recently I dropped by EVE LOM counter at Parkson Pavilion to check out the Intense Hydration Serum which had already caught my attention a few months ago during my first visit to the same counter. You can read here for more in-depth of the brand overview.
So what is so special about the hydration serum that EVE LOM has? Well if you had tried the serum like I do then you’ll agree with me that the texture of the serum is rather different and special. It comes in a thick gel consistency but yet watery at the same time so it’s not sticky or thick at all. Having said that this watery gel-like texture absorbed in in no time and all you need is just 2-3 drops for the whole face.
One would agree moisture does great things to our skin. Babe, how am I going to put myself on a shopping diet when I see so many new stuff on your blog? Lol. I love Gamila, but so tempted to get Eve Lom as well. Ok fine, I have a long list of “to buy”. I strike one item off the list, 2 and more make it to the list. How? Lol

Apparently, the good stuff you introduced has a very good chance to end up on my to buy list. Lol. Some people are put off with the Eve Lom cleanser because of the ingredients. Well, I’m not an ingredients person when it comes to skincare. Haircare, yes. I am going to use it on my bf tonight. HAHAHAHA. I am still in love with Gamila. Now using it as my bath soap as well. You know, lazy to reach for the shower gel.

It gives me a good reason to shop, hahaha. Going to try it for few days and see if there’s breakout due to some of its ingredients. There is a high chance that my shopping diet will not work. OMG!
My sensitive skin had no breakout from Eve Lom Cleanser. Gamila gave me lots of breakout and blackhead instead.
I have the one or two pimples every now and then when I use Gamila. So far so good. Eve Lom, for now, no breakouts yet. My U-zone is clean and I am happy about it. I am thinking to get Eve Lom if there’s no breakouts after the trial. On a side note, my routine is getting simpler and easier. Great news for bf, haha.
I still prefer Original bar. I get beautiful skin with that. Vanilla gave me lots of crap on the face.
Speaking of that, re flavors. I find Original flavor fares better than other flavors too. The other flavors don’t give me crap but the effect isn’t what I expected. Original is better.
Yea I had better faster result with Original. I’m thinking to stop this Vanilla and go back to original.

i went to the one at parkson 1u today, empty counter and the sa next counter told me they always have empty counter until the afternoon…WTH!!!
i went back twice (still before 1pm) just to check but damm, she was right!
am somehow quite upset about it…
i mean, what is the purpose of setting up a counter when customer cant purchase(although in my case i am not) anything?

i tried the serum on display though, feels HEAVENLY on my skin!!!!!!!!!!!! my skin has always love gycerin! do u know any other serum/moisturizer using it as the main ingredient??

I have no idea. Even I have problem redeeming myself LOL. Here’s the story just to share. I need to post up the redemption on Friday as it started on Friday. I went to Parkson KLCC on Thursday morning while having fever as I needed to take some picture of one of the product. When I asked for a sample to bring home to take picture I was ask for a print out. I explained a few times to the BA that I’m the blogger who’s suppose to post up the sampling in the blog, not redeeming. She insist for a print out again. I need to explain another time there’s NO PRINT OUT as I need to blog about it the next day and I haven’t even blog about it yet! Where to get print out for her right? She said she can’t give me unless I have a print out LOL. I think she don’t understand that I’m the blogger so after a while of explaining she finally get what I meant but couldn’t give me a sample. So there I was. The blogger who’s suppose to post up the sampling details and yet I failed to get a sample cause I don’t have a print out for her :P. After a while of snapping picture + chatting with her she started to open up a bit and agreed to gave me one sample for picture. But that only happens after she tried calling her supervisor and her supervisor was to no avail. Phew! Mission accomplished. I was relieved that I can blog about it after that.
I didn’t walk away empty handed. I bought a Cleanser for RM295 which I’ve reserved earlier. And I nearly fainted at Parkson KLCC while I was queuing up to make payment as I was too dizzy from all the medications and I was too weak. It’s a miracle I managed to drove all the way from Kajang to KLCC intoxicated with drugs (meds)!
Wow. So dramatic haha. Not your fault that some didn’t managed to redeem. You’ve tried your best to put up sufficient info in the blog. If you didn’t drop by the counter a day before I think you won’t know there’s a glitch in redeeming! Thus no hint to us on print out.
