Right before Chinese New Year, I was casually browsing iHerb like every morning and I spotted a bunch of new ELF products listed in. Normally I like to just check out the New Products section but someone these new ELF products were not listed in the New section. Hmmpphh!

I went bananas! Everything I want was in stock except for two palettes. The Illuminating Palette and Light Blush Palette. It was written that they will be in stock at the end of January so I put the products into Notify Me list. To my surprise it went back in stock much more earlier. I quickly add everything I want into the shopping cart and voilá! I complaint about the rate increase with DHL Express. Last time the rate is RM53.33 and the rate will drop to RM35.55 if your total purchase is RM177.76 and above. Then it was RM70++ and the rate did not drop with higher purchase value. I was in luck that iHerb announced a lower shipping rate less than a week after I complaint on the high shipping fee. I paid RM58.15 for total purchase of RM174.46.

First stop. Palettes! I had the Contour Palette from last year so I bought one Illuminating Palette (RM26.84) and two Blush Palette (RM26.84) each in Light and Dark. Aren’t they a beauty?

Then, brushes. These are the brushes I have been eyeing for eons ago and they are now in iHerb. Lots of Youtubers raved about these brushes especially the Small Stipple Brush (RM13.42) and Small Tapered Brush (RM13.42). I bought two of each since shipping is so expensive now. Why not get it all one short lol. I also get the Flawless Concealer Brush (RM13.42) and that brush shocked me. It is so much bigger than I thought!

Additionally I also picked up two of my current product as I am about to run out. The Lip Exfoliator (RM13.42), which I have reviewed here and Kiss It Goodbye Lip Color Remover (RM13.42), which I have also reviewed before here.

I still like to shop at iHerb but the higher shipping rate makes me cringe. What I do is to wait for the rate to drop as iHerb seems to be dropping the rate once in a while to attract sales. According to them, their prices has also dropped. I have yet to notice that except for some cheaper Real Techniques brush set, which they later increased it back to normal price. Not sure what iHerb is doing increasing and dropping rate like that lol.
