Did anyone of you grab any Christmas set from Crabtree & Evelyn?

It was so hard trying to control the itchiness to grab more set from C&E. I wouldn’t want to overspend this month AND of course. . .the service from the sales assistant is a total crap. Oh yea. Another bad shopping experience.

As I’m meeting Kate (my ex-CEO from ex-company) on Thursday to discuss on a possible collaboration on a lifestyle magazine, I wanted to gift her with a Christmas present before she flew back to UK for a long Christmas and birthday holiday. I have no idea what to get her. It’s so hard to buy something for someone who have everything! Finally I settle down with Crabtree & Evelyn’s Afternoon Tea set for RM80.

This is what I bought. Although not as much as I want initially as the sales assistant is a turn off to shop more.

Afternoon Tea – RM80, Pomegranate & Citron Gel/Lotion Sampler – RM85

Afternoon Tea set consists of velvety All Butter Almond & Vanilla Biscuits 200g, sweet and satisfying Strawberry Preserve 227g and light blend of Afternoon Tea from Kenya and Sri Lanka 20g.

I also picked up a set of Pomegranate & Citron Gel/Lotion Sampler for RM85.

The sampler set consist of skin-indulgent pairing of zesty Citron, Honey & Coriander and tartly sweet Pomegranate, Argan & Grapeseed bath & shower gel and body lotion. These Bath & Shower Gel gently cleanse and condition, while Body Lotion help to lock moisture into the skin. In this set there’s 4 sampler. Citron Honey & Coriander Bath & Shower Gel 50ml, Citron Honey & Coriander Body Lotion 50ml, Pomegranate, Argan & Grapeseed Bath & Shower Gel 50ml and Pomegranate, Argan & Grapeseed Body Lotion 50ml.

I was given bright red paper bag due to Christmas rather than their usual navy blue paper bag.

I wanted to grab the limited edition Hello Kitty set but I have too many shower gel and body lotion at home so I skipped. Plus I’m not keen with the bag too.

Saw anything that you like? I’m going to pick up a few set as Christmas pressie to friends and my ex-CEO; Kate.

Besides getting my magazine at KLCC, I met up with an online seller to pick up 2 boxes of Crabtree & Evelyn Lavender Hand Therapy and Summer Hill Hand Therapy which I ordered yesterday. Each box contain 3 tube of 25ml hand therapy and is retailing at RM75 per box at their outlets. I got these babies for RM25 per box!! Initially I ordered 1 box of Summer Hill set only for RM30 and seller persuaded me to get the Lavender set as well and the final price for both set is only RM50.

Here is both hand therapy set which I bought today. The gift box is good quality and hard too. One is with gift card which the other one is without.

I’m extremely glad that the seller kept this in a good condition that the tube is still in it’s best shape.
