That’s Heart Eyeshadow & Blush Palette: My first impression and swatches

When Judy of It’s Judy Time launched her co-created It’s Judy Time Eyeshadow Palette with BH Cosmetics end of 2013, she launched it together with another YouTuber ThatsHeart with her co-created That’s Heart Eyeshadow & Blush Palette. Both of the palette have been in my wish list for so many months. I managed to get It’s Judy Time Eyeshadow Palette in April 2014 and I finally gotten my hands on That’s Heart Eyeshadow & Blush Palette just a few weeks ago. Andddddd of course nothing in my life comes without any drama. This highly anticipated palette comes with a drama as you all know.

Some of you emailed me for a review on the palette. You know who you are and thank you for the request 🙂 . Initially I didn’t want to tear off the shrink wrap packaging of all my BH Cosmetics palette because I still have a pending case with ABX. They took forever to respond to my email(s) and so I’ve decided to just went ahead with this first impression and swatches review.

If you’ve been watching Heart’s YouTube channel, you would have know that the design of her palette is really representing her style. The huge pink heart with lace bother on the front cover matches with her YouTube handle name. I am personally a fan of anything with a heart design. When I told my friends that I’m buying That’s Heart Eyeshadow & Blush Palette, their reaction was “oh that is so you” 😀 . Yes, I am a sucker for cute, pretty packaging, anything pink, anything lace, anything with heart and anything that is girly.

I am a.b.s.o.l.u.t.e.l.y obsessed with winged eyeliner-do. It’s funny I said that because one year ago, I know nuts about eyeliner what more drawing one! Let’s face it. I have a typical Asian Chinese eye shape that is probably not the easiest shape to draw onto. The biggest mistake I made is that I never study my eye shape before getting on the eyeliner bandwagon. So I practise and practise and practise. I have tried almost all the method there is to get the perfect winged eyeliner. I was fine with one particular way of eyelining until a good friend of mine told me the winged is a little bit droopy. Droopy? What droopy? That’s the shape XiaXue and Cheeserland had! 😀 . You’re in luck today because today I’m not only going to introduce you to the new liquid eyeliner from Maybelline but I’m also going to share with you one easy method to do winged eyeliner, which I just learnt and mastered haha!

Just before I rediscovered Daiso Eye Brow Pencil, I was actually using ZA Ever Brows in 03 Natural Gray for my brows. I did not expect to bump into my old love Daiso Eye Brow Pencil so when I did, I was so happy about it that I decided to tell you about it first. I’ve already finished the whole Daiso pencil (yes, that fast) so now I’m back to ZA Ever Brows 😀 . Let me tell you, this baby will send you running to Watsons store in no time…especially dark hair girls *hint*

I am a ZA makeup fan, no secret about that and I’m constantly lurking around ZA shelf at Watsons for Skin Beauty Two-Way Foundation refill dual-pack promotion. I’ve tried most of ZA makeup products for the past 10 years. ZA Ever Brows is something that I keep repurchasing before I started blogging, but in Dark Brown shade. Let’s just say I stray a bit after I started blogging. Eventhough so, I always go back to ZA.

That’s right. The Estée Lauder Double Wear Zero-Smudge Lengthening Mascara is my absolute current favourite mascara at the moment. I have bought and tried a number of mascara lately but I haven’t found any oil-proof mascara except this one. I have this since mid 2012 sitting in my drawer without me even realising that this is truly an under-estimated hidden gem.

NEW! Estée Lauder Double Wear Brush-On Glow BB Highlighter: Conceal, brighten and highlight in one go!

I mentioned before last week that Estée Lauder Malaysia is having a busy April because they are launching three new makeup and skin care product range altogether. I have introduced to you the NEW Estée Lauder Pure Color Envy Shine Sculpting Lipstick last week, which I’m currently head over heels in love with. I’m not saying that because they sent me a lipstick. I’m saying that because it is in fact the best lipstick formula at the moment. Just read all the positive reviews online and you’ll understand why 😀 . Even better if you tried it on your lips over Estée Lauder counter.

Today, I’m going to introduce you to another new makeup launch from Double Wear range. Estée Lauder Double Wear Brush-On Glow BB Highlighter is the second new launch product that caught my attention almost immediately because it is similar to Ideal Light Brush-On Illuminator that I’m currently using. We’ll get to that soon.

Estée Lauder’s best long wearing liquid foundation by far is still Double Wear Stay-in-Place Makeup. It is great for oily skin like mine and I believe if you have used this foundation before you will agree with me. It’s Judy Time Eyeshadow Palette: My first impression and swatches

It felt surreal when I had It’s Judy Time Eyeshadow Palette on my hand and it still feel surreal until now. The co-creator of this eyeshadow palette with BH Cosmetics is none other than beauty guru, Judy from It’s Judy Time of YouTube. She also have a daily vlog channel It’s Judys Life, which I follow every single evening since roughly six months ago. Ever since then I’ve been eyeing on BH Cosmetics website on the palette as it was sold out within a few days after the launch. When the palette was restocked and I find out that they ship internationally, I wanted to get one but then the shipping fee believe it or not is double of the palette price if I opted for USPS Priority.

I found a local reseller that do pre-order from US and sometimes she would get one or two more extra for her ready stock sales but unfortunately there was no It’s Judy Time Eyeshadow Palette in sight. Just end of last week I saw her latest ready stock list from Facebook. I confirmed with the seller on It’s Judy Time Eyeshadow Palette and she indeed have ready stock so when she listed the palette into her website, I quickly snag one. I was in luck because it’s the only palette available (I think).
