Review: I Have High Hopes On Elixir Sebum Gel ++ To Control & Reduce Oil Secretion On My Face

I had always knew that I have combination skin. There’s a point of time where the skin on my face was peeling. That doesn’t mean my skin is dry but more like dehydrated on the inside, oily on the outside. When the deeper layer of the skin is dehydrated, it will send a message to Sebaceous Glands in the dermis which is located in the middle layer of skin to start secreting more oil to keep the skin hydrated. For some unknown reason I am no longer combination but more like oily skin now. I thought as we age our skin is drier. That doesn’t seems to be the case for me. I’m going to embrace this while I still can haha.

Just when I was googling which is the best oil control product to use, this landed on my desk. I had put this serum to a 14 days test. Let’s see how this fares shall we?

Before I embark on a new skin care journey with EVE LOM a month ago I didn’t know what to expect. I was excited yet intrigued to see how and what it will do to my skin or how it will change my skin. All my previous EVE LOM review touches on special care i.e. lips, cuticle, hand and eye care which is just the surface of what I’m about to review today – the power serum duo. That’s what I call “them”.

Let’s be honest here. I didn’t expect much from these serum except for hydration serum to hydrate my skin and firming serum to firm and lift my skin. It wasn’t that hard to guess since that’s the purpose of the serum as printed on the bottle itself. Throughout this whole month I realized just how different these are, day by day I finally get it and proved myself wrong.

Eye care is tricky. I don’t simply review eye care despite numerous request asking for more eye care review. It’s not as easy as you think. You really need to be hardworking and diligent with the application day and night in order to see positive result. When I do test out eye care products I make sure I follow all instruction and use day and night continuously for minimum 3 weeks or so. When you said you don’t see result from your eye care, perhaps it’s time to rethink what went wrong.

For today I’m going to introduce to you yet another duo product review from EVE LOM targeting to give you the perfect eye care solution. Like I said above…when you said you cannot see any difference with your eye care product, it could be you are using it the wrong method, amount or even when there comes a time where you are too lazy to put on anything. I’m not a fan of Clinelle. There. I said it. The product just don’t work for my skin. I think it’s quite mild for my not-so-good-skin. Recently I received quite a few Clinelle product from Wonderbox. Since most of it are expiring soon, I took out SnoWhite Mask to use. I’m a huge fan of rinse-off mask. It’s convenient for me as I could put on such mask and sit down to blog while sheet mask just don’t sit properly on my face when I’m looking down at my laptop.

So what is so special about this £20 wrinkle cream from Avon? This highly raved and deemed as the industry first powerful molecule is said to stop women from going under the knife.

I was lucky enough to be one of the owner for the 100 bottles that was available before the product is out in the market. After a quick skin analysis by Avon during the launch I found out that I don’t really have fine lines or wrinkle so my mum tested out the product for me. It has been a month since Mummy Loh started on A-F33. Now that she had finished the bottle, it’s time for a review.

The bottle is in shiny silver, simple but with moderate size that fits on the palm nicely. And of course this type of reflective surface will attract fingerprint on the bottle. The bottle is opaque to preserve the cream and all the goodness from deteriorating.

The pump system works wonderfully. Mum had no problem pumping out sufficient amount for daily use.
