I received a rather very surprised parcel one fine day just as I was reversing my car out and it was from Maybelline. I was a curious cat, ripping the courier plastic off to see what Maybelline sent me and I am not prepared for this. 12 pieces of brand new The Loaded Bolds lipsticks that was just released. All 12 new shades! With funky shades that I’ve been eyeing! Surprised, yes. Excited, hella yes!
At one glance I thought these Maybelline The Loaded Bolds lipstick are a matte lipstick. I have no idea why I think so. Maybe because every lipstick that was released to the market are either matte or liquid lipstick lol. Hey, I have no complain. You know how much I love my matte lipstick 😉 . The fun part about what I do is to go behind-the-scenes of many things. The most recent one sounds unrelated to me, according to my friends. Behind-the-scenes walk into IPC Shopping Centre Phase 2 and 3 redevelopment, but I disagree. You see, I do have sentimental feelings towards IPC Shopping Centre. Why did I agree on this? (1) Many of you may not know that I used to look after Samsung Malaysia’s key outlet in IPC Shopping Centre, which was previously known as Ikano Power Centre, (2) It sounds hella fun putting on safety boots, hard hat and reflective safety vest like project managers do, (3) It’s not everyday an opportunity to go behind the scene of a shopping centre come by, so why not!
I personally frequent IPC Shopping Centre a lot and that includes Ikea which is just next door. Ask me about all the food at LG floor and I could name which is good and what not. However IPC Shopping Centre has been under going massive renovation since March 2017 as a next step mesure to strengthen its presence in the market. Phase One was done and recently launched and that is the LG1 and LG2 floors. The one I went for a peep is Phase Two and Three.
Let’s be honest here. I suck at pronouncing brand name. It took me a while to pronounce “L’Erbolario”, and when I was told about the newest body care range “Tra i Ciliegi”, I gave up trying HAHAHA 🙂 . The trick is to say it once and fast and keep on repeating it till you get it lol.
L’Erbolario Tra i Ciliegi, ahhh I like how my tongue twisted when I actually say it out loud. L’Erbolario Tra i Ciliegi. Okay I should stop now. You might shop before at L’Erbolario store or even walk pass it because it is this beautiful floral green store with everything smelling nice and looking vintage. The newest of its body care is Tra i Ciliegi, which is cherry blossom in short.
If you ever get into my car, you will hear me apologizing the minute you get in all the way till we reach the destination. That is because my choice of music genre is not everyone’s cup of tea. Well, not everyone’s cup of tea to be precise. I was friends with Slyde of Poetic Ammo back then (he has since formed Dragon Red) since I was 14. I remember I asked him about rap music, as he’s a rapper who had won several music awards ICYMI. He told me about a genre called black rap. It’s a rap that swears from top to bottom lol. I find it amusing but I could never understand a word. Then I found the music genre that I like, and that is hip hop as well as R&B.
When Clozette approached me for my playlist. I panicked. How do I put out my playlist when there’s too many mention of F, P, D, C and so on? Lucky for me, I have another playlist which consists of songs I listen to when I run. Funny enough, I run with more mellow songs. Chill R&B as I called it. Some songs are not even R&B at all. They’re just songs I discovered on Spotify and I totally love it. I bet you wouldn’t have figure out that I like Frank Sinatra’s Witchcraft, eh? 😀
