Recently I have been busy with work, the stress, deadlines, selling my old car and buying a new car so I have been rejecting events and product reviews continuously. When MIVVA invited me for an exclusive Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick launch, I RSVP-ed myself. It was about time I come out of hiding and mingle with my fellow blogger friends.
One of the event highlight that I was hyped up on is lipstick making. It’s like cooking but instead of food we are to be “cooking” our own lipstick! Unfortunately due to the space constrain, the plan was aborted :(. Let’s hope Revlon will look into another session of lipstick making 😉
I’m always happy whenever there’s tons of makeup products in front of me. Not only we are curious with the products in front of us, we also check out what others have.

We have an exclusive preview of the latest 8 new shades for Super Lustrous Lipstick and Super Lustrous Lipgloss. The lipstick is retailing for RM32 each while the lipgloss is retailing for RM30 each.
You see me talking about fragrances a lot. Women fragrances of course :D. Let’s talk about something different today. Not straying too far away from “fragrance” topic but I’m going to share with you my thoughts on a new fragrance for men – Burberry Brit Rhythm. Yes. It’s a men fragrance. “How is she going to do that?” you ask. Well, I’m going to talk about a woman’s perspective on the new Burberry Brit Rhythm without the help from any man. Hah! A challenge for me but who am I kidding! I love challenges!
Okay, enough of rambling. Let me let you drool on the gorgeous Burberry Brit Rhythm.

“Sexy and provocative, Brit Rhythm is inspired by the exhilaration and adrenaline of live music and the electric energy of the crowd.”
Christopher Bailey, Burberry Chief Creative Officer
Drool yet? No? Well you will later on 🙂
There is something about a French brand that intrigues beautyholics very much. Maybe because the French are well-known to produce high quality and effective beauty products? I believe they are as French beauty products are usually on the high price side.
Well all that perception is about to be changed as a new French brand had just entered Malaysia recently. That brand is Corine de Farme.

Corine de Farme is a brand owned by an independent French Group, Sarbec Cosmetics. The history of the brand started since more than 40 years ago. The company was operated as an eco-conscious company and pretty much committed to R&D with internalized R&D laboratory headed by Dr Aude Barre, formulated under the Pharmaceutical Control and tested under dermatological and ophtalmologic control condition. The company and brand is constantly vigilance on reducing their carbon footprint to reduce industry pollution to the eco-system.
This haul post is for you that has been wondering why is there no more Clarins haul from me. Not that I don’t use or buy anymore. I do. I’m just saving it for September month because I can buy lesser since I am getting double points for the whole of my birthday month. Basically I just choose what product I want to redeem from October redemption catalogue, calculate the points and top up the balance with purchase.
This is what I came home with – my Clarins September 2013 haul which is also my pre-birthday haul and the last haul for 2013. I nearly didn’t make it to the mall as I was so busy lately. I met up with fellow blogger friend Jerine for a breakfast at Dome, rushed to Metrojaya Mid Valley and rushed back home to see my naughty boy.

As I needed to test out different skin care product all the time for blog review, I couldn’t buy much full size. However I did restocked some of my favorite.
Kiehl’s is a brand that I have not put a foot in before. I did however went for 2012’s Save Our Rare Earth (SORE) event which was a big deal for me as (1) it was my first Kiehl’s event and (2) I support charity whenever I can. I bet you can already imagine the excitement in me when I was contacted once again by Kiehl’s Malaysia for an introduction session of their new anti-aging cream follow by a hi-tea session. What’s coincident is that I was beginning to wonder what’s the SORE activity this year as I remember they will have it on November every year. Are they going for tree planting again? Are they going to roam the muddy village while it rains? I’m excited already! :D. If it is, please please pleasseeee remind me not to bring un-supportive friend along lol!
So back to the magic cream – Kiehl’s Super Multi-Corrective Cream.

I have stepped into Kiehl’s store numerous times before but this time I managed to take my sweet time with browsing and understanding the huge array of products. Actually the product range and type is still acceptable for me. Maybe because the product display is compact and neat so it gave me a perception of a huge array. Don’t worry, it’s not :D. It’s pretty easy and simple when it comes to Kiehl’s.
