I’m a bit hesitant to use it cause the ingredient of this contains a few paraben such as Methylparaben, Butylparaben, Ethylparaben, Propylparaben and Isobutylparaben. Nevertheless, I tried it just for this review and I’ve been hearing lots of good review on this product.

Talika Lipocils Expert claim to add 36% growth, 50% intensifies and 50% curl to our lashes in 28 days.

Application:
The application is simple. Lipocils Expert has a double applicator made of a mascara brush and a sponge applicator. Use the sponge applicator to apply the product on the eyelids, at the root of the lashes, tehn, use the brush to apply on your lashes.
Apply every morning and every evening for 28 days, then once a day.

Warning:
A slight irritation or sensation of irritation might occur if the product enters the eye. No side effect other than mild irritation have been noted. In case of irritation, rinse the eye and discontinue use of the product.

Clinical tests:
Independent clinical studies show a clear improvement in the appearance of the lashes length (+36%), color (+50%), and curl (+50%).

Here’s the actual tube. The silver wording on the tube body is not permanently printed so it tend to be rubbed off.

The tube is a mascara look-alike but the tip is with “i-tip” aka sponge applicator.

The content looks like glue and feels like sticky glue upon application. But once it dries up, you’d feel nothing at all. Not even the sticky feeling. I notice that my eyelashes are easier to curl and the curl stays. Weird.

What do you think? Grow – I think just a tiny bit. Intensifies – Yes. Curl – Not when it’s uncurl with curler though.
