Earlier last week Watsons launched its first premium beauty retail brand flagship store – MUSE by Watsons. Strategically located in Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall, it is the first in the region which exclusively houses 12 skincare brands and cosmetic products for both women and men.
MUSE by Watsons targeted to offer Malaysians a holistic, interactive experience of rediscovering beauty with top-of-the-range “look good, feel great” solutions. You can now experience personalised services by in-house professional and qualified beauty consultants, skin specialists and nail color service assistants, all under one roof.
MUSE by Watsons is specially designed to provide a comfortable yet warm environment for all customers with the access to all the 12-exclusive premium skincare, cosmetics and prestige fragrances. MUSE by Watsons encompasses the ideal setting for complete rejuvenation for it’s customers. Having to operate in 12 Asian and European countries currently, the company plans to open three more MUSE by Watsons stores in Malaysia in 2013 in order to provide their customers a greater accessibility to MUSE by Watsons services and the expand it across Asia.
I am quite curious on how Watsons choose the brands for MUSE by Watsons store. According to Watsons the brand attributes of MUSE by Watsons are warm and comfortable, a chain that feels personal, best of the accessible premium, new, fresh and reassuring expertise. MUSE by Watsons will also be capitalizing on Watsons current credibility and awareness in order to support this new venture besides offering expertise treatment and professional advice.
Over 100 guests including celebrities, business partners and members of the media were offered an opportunity to join for a guided tour around MUSE by Watsons store. It is an afternoon full with inspirations and glamour as we get to experience the exclusive services provided at the store.

There are! I just didn’t have the space to snap more photo because the store is packed with guests :). I like Elite Cosmetics because MUSE brought in brushes. It’s pretty affordable too.

If you love Watsons you’ll definitely be wow-ed by MUSE. Its a different concept, with luxury brands that are not available else where :). Plus there’s in-house consultation too 😉

Yes, middle to high end products that are niche and not available elsewhere :D. Not only Astalift is there. Talika, Liole, Burt’s Bees and all the fragrance is also there 🙂
Wow, this is a smart marketing move. Happy to see that Watson’s is stepping up in the market by bringing in all these wonderful brands that we sometimes read in reviews but hard to come by on our shore. Hehe, feels like a mid-range Sephora.
Yes, it’s a smaller Sephora :D. I think due to the outlet size otherwise they will be as huge as Sephora.
Thanks for this information. I think I saw the launch in the newspapers but could not see the brands that was in the store. Hope they open an outlet in KL as Sunway Pyramid is quite out of the way for me. I notice they are selling Yves Rocher products. Do they sell the whole range or only make ups? Would definitely also check out the make up brushes from Elite 🙂
Lets hope so because it all depends on the location availability though. If I’m not mistaken its Yves Rocher cosmetics. Couldn’t remember 😛

I was amazed at this outlet and it has always been a must to stop here whenever i’m at Sunway Pyramid shopping.
