I love sneak peek from beauty box/bag. They gave me an idea what product I’m getting for the subscription fee that I paid but I also hate them because they make me spend and add clutter to my already-so-congested-room :D. Yes, it’s a love and hate relationship.
One thing that I love about Bag of Love and MiMi is that she is not stingy with sharing sneak peek. I have mentioned before that in order to post up a sneak peek to the whole wide world you got to be confident with the content. Which is what Bag of Love never short of.
This is June’s “Fun in the Sun” edition. My bag was the first batch that was sent out but I still didn’t receive it despite second batch subscribers already received their respective bag. So I suspect it is stranded once again at AirPak centre. Three days later, coincidently I was on leave and I drove to the centre early in the morning to pick up my parcel. I was at the centre for close to 15 minutes and they couldn’t find my parcel! After numerous checking and searching later on only my parcel was found stashed at one lonely corner. I lectured 2 different administrator there on AirPak’s poor service and the fact that I live just down the street but yet they refuse to send the parcel. The answer I get is “rider don’t want to send we also can’t do anything”. Errr rider is suppose to follow instruction from the administrator or the administrator follow rider’s instruction? Honestly I will not want to go through all this trouble again if Bag of Love were to continue using AirPak. Good news for me now that MiMi announced the change of courier to TA-Q-BIN except for East Malaysia as TA-Q-BIN is not available there.
Enough of my courier drama already. I bet you see that coming lol. Let’s see why I subscribe to this edition 😀

I think MIMI can never go wrong la, she’s real good at knowing what women want in their beauty bag, lol. I subscribed to July’s bag, was thinking of getting the limited edition but thought RM59 is a bit too much for me to splurge, considering I have enough make up already that I need to declutter. But I do think to those who subscribe they are gonna be happy with the bag. As for me, I’m just patiently waiting for the normal July bag.
Same here. I think her normal July bag is already good enough :D. As for me…I didn’t get both edition LOL. Too much to take in. I’m struggling to stuff things into the drawer, cabinet, box etc
I subscribed for the July one and also their Special Limited Ed. Bag. Can’t wait to see what’s in them 😀
Plus I have to say Mimi is very sweet and nice. For my last two bags, there had been numerous problems regarding the courier service as well and both time I ended up receiving the bags like one to two weeks later when Mimi resent it.
For the June bag, I think Mimi specifically sent out mine during the first batch with special instruction or something so I received it tomorrow morning right on the dot. Then two days later, another June Bag of Love came >_< Probably, Mimi's colleague/assistant sent out another bag to me not knowing that mine had already gone out. After informing Mimi about it, she let me keep the extra Bag 😀 How sweet is that 🙂
So, until now I have loved all of their bags and also the way Mimi handles the customers.

I have to agree with you on MiMi. If it’s not because she was at oversea I think she will follow-up for me on this June bag too. Good for me that the centre is down the street. So its easier for me to march in.
Haha, actually I subscribed for another three months starting from June. Then early July, they announced a Special Ed. Bag of Love…cannot tahan….so subscribed for it as well….and now I am broke. lolz

Mi Mi has really, really good rapport with her subscribers. It doesn’t feel like she’s a company but a person and everyone genuinely seems to enjoy cheering her on as she grows her business.
You’re right, Mi Mi is very generous with her Sneak Peaks – helps us decide among the sea of options before we commit our hard earned dollars. I am not subscribed to every single beauty box in Malaysia. I’m selective but I couldn’t resist going for a longer period with Bag-of-Love even at the expense of trying out another subscription service. I genuinely like Bag-of-Love! I really like the idea of a beauty box being a proper little makeup bag.
I am still having headache with what to do with all the bags lol. I’ll see what BOL offer in August. Skipping July to digest all the product first 😀
