This marked the next stage of SK-II’s global #ChangeDestiny movement to inspire and empower women to go beyond their limitations and to take control of their own destinies.

FEED Project raises funds for the United Nations World Food Programme. Founded in 2007 by Lauren Bush Lauren, FEED Projects is a non-governmental. Since its initiation, FEED has raised $6 million and distributed 60 million meals to children in third world countries.
For many children around the world, hunger is not only a daily struggle, it is life threatening. Every five seconds, a child dies from starvation and over 350 million children go to bed hungry each night. These children suffer acute malnourishment and are in dire need of life-saving assistance.
If you’re into makeup brushes like me, oh well, I like everything actually *lol*, then you’ll love this bit of news. H&M Malaysia recently brought in a wide varieties of makeup brushes and it is available at all H&M stores in Malaysia (according to Sunway Pyramid store) 🙂
I first saw these makeup brushes at H&M IOI City Mall but I was too tired after an event and I wasn’t in the mood to take photos. However I did post up a sneak peek on my Instagram so do stalk me on Instagram as that is where I post up EVERYTHING first. Two days later, I went to H&M store in Sunway Pyramid to sneakily take some photos so let me warn you first that all the photos in this post are absolutely crappy as the brushes are “strategically” placed facing the cashier counter. I need to take the photos secretly and I really hate being sneaky with photographs. So yes, really crappy photos ahead.

A few days ago, five leading e-commerce businesses invited members of the media over for a special press conference and so I went. I was curious with the special announcement and that I’m always interested with anything that is related to digital 🙂 . It turns out that these five e-commerce site namely Lazada, foodpanda, ZALORA, UBER and HappyFresh will join forces and resources to bring Malaysians the first ever #Unitysale. It is one of the kind in Malaysia and it will run for just 7 days only, from 26th August – 1st September, 2015. That’s even better than I expected. The power of the four little alphabet – SALE 😀
What is #Unitysale? Basically all of the five e-commerce site will be running an offering of more than 20,000 online deals and up to 94% in product discounts across individual products and services on each of the website. The campaign is a joint initiative to leverage on Malaysia’s internet users, which are rising and currently stands at a whopping 20 millions. Believe it or not, online shopping has grown leaps and bounds over the recent two years and Malaysian’s are shopping in new ways all the time. This includes an increased use of mobile devices to purchase items online; and using the Internet to research the best deals before purchasing them.
The highlight of my week was to attend the launch of Adidas New Ultra BOOST for Fall/ Winter 2015 Collection. It was more exciting than going to a beauty product launch. No, I’ve not forgotten my “beauty blogging” route, just in case you are wondering 😀 . As you know from my Instagram, I started running two months ago and has been progressing quite well according to my triathlete / marathoner friends. I thought so too until I started to suffer from shin splints injury. This type of injury usually happen to beginner runner as they all did one mistake – too much, too soon. There are many factor contributing to shin splints injury and I was told that one of it is the running shoe. So for me, getting to know, see and feel the new Adidas Ultra BOOST running shoe came at the right time.
I do not know anything about the previous version of Ultra BOOST in the Spring/Summer 2015 (S/S 2015) collection, but I was told it was darn good. The new F/W 2015 Ultra BOOST running shoe used the same revolution, with added new and improvised design from the result of many years of research based on the ARAMIS 3D shape and surface measurement to serve as a fully adaptive running experience in any environment.

Last week, Bath & Body Works Malaysia showcased its latest scents and collections, featuring 3-new Signature Collection fragrances for the body, 6-new scents for the hands and 9-new candle scents for the home. Besides that, there are a handful of new products in the store, which I will show you as well.
