I have my fair share of splurging on expensive makeup remover but this SK-II Facial Treatment Cleansing Oil has got to be by far the most luxury and expensive makeup remover cleansing oil I’ve ever had on my face. Phew! That’s a long first sentence to start the review 😀
I’ve always wanted to try this SK-II Facial Treatment Cleansing Oil (or FTCO for short). I went through phases when it comes to beauty products, which I believe all of us do. During my “cleansing oil phase”, I was looking at this FTCO online and I was intrigued! First of all, it came from SK-II and when it’s SK-II and it bears the name ‘Facial Treatment’, I immediately thought this product has Pitera™ in it.
When I attended Discovering the secrets behind SK-II’s miracle ingredient, Pitera™ workshop last year, we had a simple Q&A game. I was so nervous just in case I didn’t know my SK-II facts 😛 but I won a full size bottle of Facial Treatment Cleansing Oil. I can’t remember what was the question and I’m pretty sure I was so nervous that I simply answer the question without even knowing what the question really was. None the less I get to strike off a product from my to-buy wishlist.
I’m an avid follower of Youtuber Tati so when she posted up a video on The Christopher Kane for NARS Summer 2015 Collection earlier in May, I said to myself that I got to check it out for the most obvious reason first of all – the bright fuchsia pink print against NARS signature black casing. Unexpectedly, Traclyn extended her preview invite to me and so both of us went to the new NARS store at Mid Valley to check out the new collection 🙂
First thing first, the limited edition collection named as NEONEUTRAL is not a huge array of product release, which was much to my relieve. Even though so, the collection is complete enough for the whole look, which again much to my relieve and I was pleasantly pleased.
Sunplay, if you don’t know yet has the most extensive sun protection line at an affordable price. That doesn’t stop the brand from coming out with more sun protection product. In fact, recently Sunplay Skin Aqua came up with a new extension range, named as Sarafit UV.
Sunplay Skin Aqua Sarafit UV offers the highest UVA ray protection with its PA++++, which targets the main cause of premature aging. The range is formulated in Japan using Double Silky Powder Technology, a technology to give comfort to the skin and oil absorbent even after sweat. Therefore it is ultra-light and silky smooth matte to wear on the skin, under hot and humid weather. Besides that, it is also enriched with Hyaluronic Acid and Super Hyaluronic Acid to deliver long lasting hydration throughout the day by targeting each layer of the skin. One ingredient I was surprised to know that is infused in the product is Collagen. Collagen in sun protection product? Say what? Yes girls. Collagen that is in the product help to improve skin elasticity and youthful, smooth look. Are you sure this is sun protection and not skin care? 😀
Ahhh eyeshadow stick. These are so in trend over the recent years and so does cream eyeshadow. I have to admit. I have yet to dip any of my toes into eyeshadow stick. I’m a bad bad beauty blogger 😛 . Don’t worry. It’s never too late to try anything when it comes to beauty products. That’s the great thing about beauty!
I am finally dipping not just the toe but the foot into the world of eyeshadow stick thanks to the NEW Elianto Long Wear Eyeshadow Stick. That is because I get to try all six new shades of the newly launched product. Yaaaassshhhhh!
Many years ago I was told that Elianto is a brand from Korea. In fact, Elianto products are mainly formulated and manufactured in cities around Korea such as Seoul and a few more. However, there are a small percentage of Elianto products made from other countries. These new Long Wear Eyeshadow Stick are made in Germany. Germany as I know recently, make one of the best cosmetic products. So I do have high hopes on these eyeshadow stick. Pressure ahead 😛
I stumbled upon an interesting article on Huffington Post yesterday that I thought I should share it with everyone here at Street Love. Often I was asked about the amount of skincare product to apply. Honestly I’ve been bad myself as I slather probably more than I should on my face. Yeap. I’m guilty of doing that. So to not repeat my mistake, here is an infographic chart brilliantly done by Tiara Chiaramonte.
