On September last year, I bought not one but two Etude House Etoinette Heart Blusher for RM49.90 each as it was on sale from it’s original price of RM159.90. I didn’t want to buy it when it’s on RM159.90 because I think it’s quite pricey for Etude House. Furthermore I couldn’t find it anywhere as everyone went crazy over it. Boy am I glad I didn’t cave it to my impulsiveness otherwise I’d be kicking myself for paying full retail price for it 😀
Ever since I bought it, believe it or not it has been sitting in my drawer until last week when out of no where I thought of my Etude House Etoinette Heart Blusher. I remember I wanted to take some photos of it before using (typical blogger) but somehow that slipped out of my mind. Before you girls come after me for reviewing what was supposed to be a Limited Edition item, hang on to your horses because I have a very good reason for it. I decided that I could still tell you about this because two months ago I spot it at Etude House Berjaya Times Square. Now, that sort of explained why you’re reading this. YOU CAN MIGHT STILL ABLE TO HUNT FOR THIS *grins*
As I mentioned two days ago, I sat down with Dr. Brandt earlier this week on two new anti-aging skin care range namely Do Not Age (DNA) and Xtend Your Youth (XYY). All the info on Do Not Age range is at this link. Check that out if you’ve missed it. Today’s post would be on Xtend Your Youth, which is the last instalment of the two series of introduction.
Do Not Age with Dr. Brandt consists of four products within the range, which I thought was superb as I do like simplicity and how it’s easy to use. If you have the same thinking as I do, you will like Xtend Your Youth range as well as it consists of three products. Xtend Your Youth or in short XYY doesn’t just stands for the range’s name itself but the range is also designed for Generation-X and Generation-Y. That’s me and all of you sweet young girls LOL! Haven’t I told you Dr. Brandt always came up with intriguing name for their range of products? 😀

Cleanser 101: Types of Facial Cleansers
While I was composing product review for a new skin care range that I’m currently on, I feel the need to walk you through types of moisturizer and how to choose the right one for your skin type. Come to think of it, it will be a bit odd (for me) if I don’t start from the cleanser up to moisturizer. Being as random as I can be sometimes, this brings us to today’s topic – Facial Cleansers.
There are so many different type, brand, texture, function and benefits cleansers out there to choose from. Sometimes I can’t help but to wonder, is it really necessary to came out with so many type? I don’t usually go with a specific cleanser targeting a skin concern unless I have a severe breakout then only I’ll start searching for something to calm the breakout. Otherwise, I’m more into texture type of cleanser.
