I remember when I was in school I would get really sweaty hands when the teacher said she want each student to go up to the front of the class for a presentation. I also remember how sweaty my palms are on my first date. Thankfully for me, I don’t get sweaty palms anymore as I grew up. I would still get nervous during every management meeting or client presentation but not the sweaty palms. It is really frustrating having to deal with sweaty palms, how nerve wrecking it is to shake another person’s hand with sticky, yucky, wet palms. I am however suffering from sweating feet ever since I started running and doing HIIT training. Thank goodness I did not have smelly feet 😛 . Having said that, being a beauty blogger and an avid beauty influencer, I try my best to find a solution to everything. Surpriseeeee! Maybe not 😛 . I mean, you already know I am launching this limited Love Face X #IWillBeOkay collaboration box ever since I mentioned it on my Instagram. I wanted to have another beauty bag/box after the last beauty bag for campaign #2 and I know planning for one would take 3-6 months time so I asked Love Face if they would collaborate with me and it’s a YES. If you’re still wondering who and what is Love Face, you may read all about them at this post, which I’ve written not long ago. Basically Love Face is the one and only website focusing on all Taiwanese beauty brands. Their main focus is sheet mask and so our collaboration is a box full with sheet masks from Taiwan.
Clarins is one of the brand that frequently reformulate their products at least once a year or maybe once every 2 years? However, their star product; Clarins Double Serum was last reformulated 5 years ago. Now, for someone who are constantly in the lab R&D-ing breaking scientific technology, that is very long. This brings us back to July 2017, where Clarins launched the 8th Generation of Double Serum. I was one of the privileged media to be invited for an interview session with Marie-Hélène Lair, Clarins Scientific Communication Director a day before the big launch event.
I paid an epic price for this dress. It was on clearance for RM9. Epic, right? So, after I was done at Guardian event, the girls wanted to shop at Padini as they had a massive sale at Starling Mall. One blogger told us a shirt was only RM6 and true enough, it was RM6. But the downside was, no trying are permitted. All of us walked around Padini and I have nothing to buy. Then one of the girl spotted this dress in red. I was immediately attracted to the white instead. The material is thick and it has lining on the inside making the entire dress super heavy but I don’t know why I ended up with a red dress. Perhaps I don’t own a lot of red dress so I decided to get the red instead.
