If you’ve been wanting to try out Clarins, now is the good time. Clarins skin care set is one of my most sought after as it is way more worthy to get than individual product. Let’s see if this year’s holiday gift set is as good as the one I bought three years ago shall we?
Batiste Dry Shampoo #Blush: A quick and easy fix for greasy scalp
When everyone was buying and ordering Bioderma from oversea, I decided to sit around and wait for the brand to be brought in to Malaysia. I always believe somebody or some company would be following the hype. So when Batiste Dry Shampoo was a “hot” product, I did the same. I sit and wait. Guess what? A few months down the road and a company brought the brand in!
I’m so glad I waited because the cheapest I’ve seen from online store is around RM35 per can and I bought it straight from Aeon Big Alamanda Putrajaya for just RM24.90. Good things come to those who wait eh? There are a few supermarket that carry Batiste Dry Shampoo. You can get it from Village Grocer, Jaya Grocer, Presto Grocer (the few I know) and if all the location is out of your reach like my case, just go to Aeon Big. I went to a standalone Aeon Big but they don’t carry Batiste so I figure I might get it easier from an Aeon Big located in a mall. So I drove to Aeon Big Alamanda Putrajaya and found it.
This is a topic that I’ve been wanting to talk about a few months ago after I took a short break from working. I didn’t want to post this up when I’m still on a break and now that I’m back to work, I thought I could share with you on how I managed to stay work-free and still living a normal life.

When I left my last employment end of January 2014, I had a clear mindset of what I want and what I wanted to do. It was suppose to be just a 3-4 months break but life was getting so comfortable and stress-free that I didn’t think I’d go back to work at all! I still browse through Jobstreet once in a while (when I remember), went for interviews and all until I really found the one job that I can see myself into. There are so many articles out there that provide a thorough guide and advise on how to quit without a job AND surviving it so I’m not going deep into that. I’m going to share with you my version of Top 5 Checklist that you’d never expect at all, until you go through it yourself. Bear in mind these are just my personal experience and everyone is different so do take this checklist with a pinch of salt.
Half of Malaysians do not understand what plaque is as well as the implications of plaque. However, Malaysians do associate oral health problems with confidence. Statistic shows that 78% Malaysians agreed that they will feel less confident with tooth decay while 77% said that they will feel less confident having bad breath.
Oral-B, the oral care experts with more than 50 years of experience wants YOU to build up confident smiles ant not plaque! With this in mind, Oral-B recently launched the Oral-B “Plaque Off. Smile On” campaign. This campaign aims to create awareness on what plaque is, the implications and methods on achieving bright, beautiful and confident smiles.
I don’t have good skin all the time. I used to have a skin that can take every single skin care products but that changed after a few skin allergy episode in 2012. I still remember the first time I had a “good skin state” is early this year and it went hay wired after trying a new skin care. A month ago, my “good” skin returned and you know what that means…it’s time to test out some new skin care 😀
Today’s skin care review looks like any ordinary skin care products. Not quite for me because I call this Black Silica Salt a bizarre beauty. Why, what, how, who, when and where? This you have to find out below!
Black Silica Salt is a skin care brand brought in all the way from Japan by a Malaysian company, Mihada in early 2014. Black Silica Salt was originally developed by Reimei Japan since 2005. The founder are very protective about having their homegrown brand and product out from Japan so it took Mihada quite some time persuading Reimei to let them spread the benefits of the product of out Japan and to Malaysia especially. I’m glad Mihada managed to brought this brand into Malaysia as there is no other place to purchase this product but from Japan directly.
