I don’t think I have much prominent experience with The Body Shop cosmetic products. If you’ve been watching The Body Shop since many years ago, you would know that the brand had evolved in so many ways. And especially with their cosmetic range.
The Body Shop has quite an interesting eyeshadow collection. By collection I mean you can either customize your own palette to a mono eyeshadow, a quad or you can buy their eye palette and switch the shadows around. The one I’m talking about is Down To Earth Eye Palettes. I have heard so much good reviews on these eyeshadow and when I finally got around playing with the shades, I see myself nodding head in agreement. I have three Down To Earth Eye Palette quads – Go For Gold, A True Romance, Down To Earth – 03 and one mother palette, Down To Earth – Eye Palette.
I never realized how many people go crazy over K-Beauty. I mean I am aware of all the K-Beauty trend but when more and more Korean beauty brand are made available in Malaysia, suddenly I realized the demand and market for it is so huge.
I was approached by Beutiq.co to attend their official launch event last week. I have not heard of Beutiq.co and I kept typing it wrongly as “Beautiq” lol. After a quick search, I found out that they actually carry and sell a whole lot of Korean beauty brands. Some brands which I have not heard of but I managed to recognized a few thanks to Pony Makeup lol. Beutiq.co was kind enough to get me to invite a few of my friends along and all three of us – Rane, Bowie and I had lots of fun at the launch event. Beauty, girls, makeup, photo booth, makeup demo, food – what more can we ask for 🙂
Never Ever Going Out Without Swiss Line Cell Shock Face Lifting Complex II Beforehand
Regardless of age, every women want to have a firmer, lifted face. I for one sought after face lifting product since I was 26 years old after being on Hyperthyroidism medication. For some reason medication changed my sharp face feature into a different face shape. That, I am not happy with as I too developed some other skin issue as well. But the most obvious change after being put on massive medication is my face shape. After so many years of trial and error with trying out products that claimed to make one face sharper, I have come to a conclusion that those claim are near to impossible. Having said that, I do notice that all these products do lift and firm but not changing the face feature itself. So when the new Swiss Line Cell Shock Face Lifting Complex II landed on my review table, I was ready to see a firmer and lifted face.
Right off the bat, the Cell Shock Face Lifting Complex II is one expensive product. RM698 expensive! How am I going to repurchase this if I do like it? We’ll figure that out 😛 . I was pretty excited about this one. Anything that said “lifting” excites me. The beautiful gold serum came housed in a sturdy box. The bottle was nestled in an inner shell. Love the fancy feel when I slide the box out 😀 . My first impression according to @whoisthatcarguy was priceless. I went WHOAAAAAA so loud because I wasn’t expecting a gold bottle of serum lol.
It’s quite easy to maintain the natural shine of your skin if you know how to moisten it and what products to use for it. During summer and winter months, your skin requires a special care. You need to choose skin care products paying attention to the properties of its ingredients.
50 years. Wow. Without me knowing, Shu Uemura is celebrating its iconic cleansing oil’s 50th Anniversary. Its older than me. Now I know!
